Originally from Venezuela, Luis Estrada has years of experience developing and promoting high-profile commercial and residential real estate projects. With a background in architecture and extensive construction management experience, he has led a international portfolio of real estate projects with locations in Miami, Bogota and Madrid. For Latitude Group, he leads the capital formation, project management and design divisions of the projects. He is a formally trained architect.

Founding partner Carlos Lopez started his entrepreneurial career managing a portfolio of international brands such as Colgate, BlackBerry, and Huawei, before focusing his career on the Real Estate industry in Venezuela. He has been instrumental in the equity funding and project management of high-end residential and commercial properties, raising +$25M in his first ventures in Miami. He has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA at Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain.
